A 'little' time for myself.

Having a relax Sunday off with one of my earliest hobby loves...

...Squats!!! (Not the exercise, yuk!). Pic:

Some original purchases from when I was given pocket money, some scored off eBay more recently. 

I have a huge love for what is now called 'oldhammer' and 2nd edition 40K.

This evening I'll set about painting up the thunderers squad:

I will be putting together a for for both 2nd and the current edition of 40K, probably as guard. 

That'll be all for now, time for priming!

Been playing around with my airbrush and decided to paint something out of the ordinary:

A big freakin' robot.

Or battlesuit to be more precise. 

A great project that took less than a day. When it's on a pretty base I'll take a few better pics.

As the title says, hello and welcome. 

This humble blog will be place where I share all my hobby work, commission painting, custom wargaming bases.

First things first.

Here are a few pics of the current range of sci-fi bases I'm working on.

The first set.

32 mm round bases. The standard space marine size.

Set 2.

40 mm. Standard size for most 'bulky' novels. Terminators, mega armour.

60 mm. 

Used for some monsters, robots, dreads. 

100 mm large oval.

Used for larger monsters, artillery or large bikes. 

70 mm oval. 

Good for large bikes/trikes or bike mounted characters. 

Standard flying base. 

Also useful for giant monsters or walkers. 

Last but not least...

Numbered objective markers.
